For historical sewing, an original McCall Victorian skirt pattern dating from the 1890's or early 1900's. A fantastic pattern for many types of sewing, fashion research. museum costuming, Steampunk or just to display.

The skirt is constructed of nine gores with either a sweep or round length.  Inverted pleat at the back. Pattern pieces are complete with the instructions on the back of envelope.  This is an unmarked pattern.

Size is 26" waist, hip measurement 44".  Length in front is 42" long.  Width around the bottom of skirt is 6 yards.

Condition:  for the age very good.  Envelope is opened along the side edge and is rough.  Also opened along the bottom edge.  No damage to the back of envelope so the instructions are quite readable.
