A yummy color of plum, makes this permanent pleated fabric a wonderful treat.  Dating from the 1950's, the fabric is a rayon.  Although it was probably used as a doll skirt as a waist band and one seam has been added, it would be lovely fabric for a craft project.     

The fabric measures 44" circumference around the pretty ruched hem.  13" around the waist  band.  Length is 15-1/4" long.  Condition is very nice.   The waist band has no back opening.   A lovely piece for your imagination.
