Directly from an estate, The Gatherings is offering 10 yards long x 6-1/4" wide lace removed from a wedding veil. It is from the vintage period of the late 1940's, 1949 exact. The lace is a floral pattern in an off white cotton. It is a stiffer lace with a scallop edge. The upper edge had been sewn to the plain tulle net of the veil (no damage to this edging as far as holes, tears). Condition, although used, is good.
