A vintage children's storybook by Whitman Publishing dated 1925. What tot wouldn't have like to have mother tell a bedtime story, especially one about Tabby Cat and Kitty Cat Make Friends With Billy The Goat. The story is by Samuel Lowe with the illustrations by Ray Gleason.
The drawings are in black and white with some in black, white and orange. Inside back cover is very sweet of Caroline, Winifred, Paul, June and little Jim.
The back cover board is not completely loose from the book, but if you notice on this page, at the spline, it has separated. None of the pages are torn.
One small scribble, plus written inside the cover the name of Clark Lester Boatright. Evidently the book belonged to Clark. Some normal handling wear on the edges and spline of book.
