A fun decorator original box of canning fruit jar labels made by Rust Craft, Boston. Dating from the late 1920's or 1930's, the box contains labels for currant, peach, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, grape, pear, corn, tomato beets and greens and more.
There are five labels on each sheet and two sheets of each. I am sure none have ever been used.
Included in the box is a paper booklet with a place for addresses, history of the company and when to send Rust craft cards. The cardboard box is really neat, too, with graphics of a table, kitchen window and fruit jars. This same graphic repeat on the folder of labels.
Size of the box is 2" wide x 5" long x 1/2" tall.
Condition of labels: Although unused, many of the pages are stuck together. It will take some time to separate. Even if you don't plan to use them, a fun little box to tuck with old kitchen jars and gadgets. Tiny bit of paper loss a noted in the photo.
