Maybe your mama or grandma would remember one of these tin egg separator strainer while cooking in the kitchen.  Advertising USE CLYDE FLOUR, the strainer could still separate the yoke from the egg.  Handy today as it was during the early 1900 - 1930's.  

Size of this kitchen gadget is 4-1/2" long, including the small round handle, with a hole for hanging,  x 3-1/2" wide.  Height is 1/2" tall. 

Condition:  The strainer showcases wonderful patina to all the surface.   A tiny bit of surface rust on the back bowl of strainer.
