A gorgeous long beaded tassel from the later Edwardian 1920s era. It is French with the original store stock paper label on the back of the piece. Wow! What a stunning, eye catching dress piece this is!!
The motif, in its tulip flower shape at the top of tassel is made of flat red beads surrounded with tiny black beads. A large black faucet glass piece accents the center of the motif.
The same red beads alternating with a group of black forms the long tassel length on the both outside edges with 18 black bead lengths in the center. Each of these center lengths end with a flat red bead.
The total length of the tassel is 16" long. The width across the tulip shaped motif at the top is 3-3/8" wide.
Perfect minty condition and a perfect time to own a piece of the past.
