Autograph albums were popular during the Victorian times.  Even into the early part of the 20th century, a circle of friends were asked to write inscriptions and poems into an owner's book.  Forever bonding the friendship.

The Gatherings is offering an embossed gilted cardboard autograph book with figure of angel on the cover.  The owner's name is printed on the inside cover - Cleo Belle Dixon.  Many inscriptions and poems fill the pages with most dated 1902.  A few pages of later dates of 1903, 1904, 1905 and 1906.  Some pages include an address of Kansas City and others of Los Angeles.  One neat autograph includes a photograph of the signer, Fred, along with his place of employment, the California Furniture Co, of Los Angeles, on Broadway.

There are a few blank pages but most are filled.  Condition of the book is good with just normal usage.
