Made in Germany, a Victorian toilet pin cube.  Such cardboard cubes were used on a lady's vanity or in her place of sewing.  Two sides have great advertising graphics of "Best Glashead Steel Pins, 200 Pins, Germany. 

Each of the four sides would have had 50 pins each.  One side is complete with 50, one completely missing pins and the other two sides have 40 and 33.  So most pins are still there.  All pins are black with glass head.  

Except for normal handling and some foxing, the cardboard cube is nice.
