An interesting button from the Victorian era. The button is a milk glass, slightly raised from the brass or gilted edge. A star design in the center. The back stamp is marked Extra Fein. It is a tin back with loop shank.
A larger button measuring 1" in diameter. My thought it is a uniform button, but research has not turned up any information.
Condition: Looking across the surface of the glass, I find some scratches. Also, a couple of small dings to the edging of the brass/gilt. So not perfect, still interesting.
