An early wool and muslin petticoat / slip suitable for a country primitive cloth rag doll or even a teddy bear. Petticoat dates from the late Victorian or early 1900's. The skirt portion is made of cream wool, with the bodice top, made of muslin.
Three pearl buttons fasten the back of the bodice. No seams, just fabric raw edges, around the arm holes. Remainder of the garment is finished.
Size: 14-1/4" long from the shoulder seam to the hem. 10" around the waist. 8-1/2" around the chest. No holes or stains.
