Here's a perfect vintage accent blanket to decorate your country primitive or farmhouse home. The blanket dates from the early 1900's. Made of a tan wool, in a deep cream, the 68" wide x 77" long blanket, has a series of wide red and narrow stripes on either end. The color combination makes this a nice choice for a cozy homestead. The hem at one end is folded over, then edged with red yarn in an embroidery feather stitch. The other end is overcast in a natural color thread.
Condition: Some oxidation spots and in some small areas have frayed the thread. No heavy stains or soiling, however, the blanket would look fresher if dry cleaned. It is very usable and would be ideal folded at an end of a bed.
