Dating from the early 1900's, Edwardian era, a pretty matelassé coverlet bedspread in a pretty white on white raised floral pattern. Scalloped completely at the outside edge with cut out on the bottom two corners for foot board.
Made of white cotton, the spread is 82" W x 84" L. It would fit a full or standard bed.
The Design: A wide border of 13-1/2" filled with rose stems. Against the rose stem border, a second scallop which also features a pretty floral pattern. In the center, an oval of flowers. This oval is 16" L x 11" W.
Condition: Freshly laundered but still does have a couple of light stains at the edge on both sides. A second laundry should bring them completely out. No holes.
