A pair of unworn women's gloves in a brown tan wool tweed from the Edwardian era. A wonderful pair in super condition ready to display with other clothing from the past.
The upper portion of the gloves are a ribbed style alternating in brown and tan colors. The fingers and hand portion in the solid brown. Slight flare from the wrist to the upper portion.
I am sure manufactured as one glove still has a wire clip holding the front to back together. More than likely at one time had a store tag attached to the clip.
Gloves are a smaller size, I would say no larger than a size 5. I wear a six and can can get partially on to the fingers. Length 10-1/2" long. 4-1/4" across the very top. 2-5/8" across the palm of hand.
Condition: Although very nice, I found a small hole between thumb and fore finger.
