Although no mention in the book , the author is Ruth Plumly Thompson and illustrator is Charles J. Cull.  What a wonderful collaboration.

Condition:  Intact pages.  Relatively clean, too.  A slight bend to all pages, more visible from inside than on covers.  A small amount of paper loss at upper corner.

A nice literary work to add to a collection or decorating scheme.
