A fun little luncheon cloth and napkin set from the vintage years of the 1940's. Maybe late 1930's. Cross stitch embroidery, in a blue color on white cotton, the motif is a flower basket design, in each of the corners of the cloth. Each of the six napkins are embroidered with flowers in one corner. The set, is edged in a hand crochet with a pointed scallop.
Size of the cloth is 35" long x 33' wide. Crochet edging is 1/2" wide. Triangle corner motif is 13-1/2" long. 11" tall through the center. Napkins are 11" x 12-1/2".
It appears the napkins have never been used with the table cloth having some usage, enough for the blue to fade.
Not freshly laundered but good condition.
