A cute vintage 1940's Advance 4219 sewing pattern in a play suit outfit.  A summer fun style of box pleated shorts and cap sleeve top.  Button front skirt with deep pockets completes the ensemble.

Pattern is unmarked, not a printed pattern, and pieces appear in very nice condition, though used, including the instruction sheet.  Missing is the stand up collar.  Possibly could be duplicated. 

Size 12 :  Bust 30". Waist 25". Hip 33".

Condition of envelope is used, but decent, with the one side edge open where the envelope was glued.
