A lovely vintage 1940's ivory bias cut petticoat slip in liquid rayon satin fabric. A full slip with wide alencon lace edging. At the center front, and slightly over the lace, embroidered flowers form a slight raised look. What a pretty extra embellishment along with the triple darts which also accentuate the the bust. Another notable in the construction of the slip, all seams are topped stitched. The only label is a size 40 Rayon. However, the undergarment has the earmarks of being made by a quality company.
Measurement: 44" long from the middle of the shoulder strap to hem. 34" bust, 28" waist and may stretch a bit more.
Condition: Definitely some evidence of being worn but would say, very little. See photos for a line mark at the bust line. Another, it looks to be a snag in the side skirt. Also both shoulder traps have been adjusted at some point and now don't lay flat.
