A pair of (2) satin brocade damask, 1940's or 1950's drape, drapery panels. An elegant jacquard tapestry weave, in an old gold color, with rose flowers encircled with a fleur de lis motif. A beautiful formal traditional style, nicely finished.
The heading is sewn with pinch pleats, with all of the steel pins, secured in the one panel. The other is missing several pins. The draperies are unlined.
Size of each panels, across the top width is 24". At the hem, 43" the width across. The length of each panel is 102"long. The size of each of the roses is 4" long x 4-1/2" wide.
Condition is very nice. I found no fading, nor damage. You may find a tiny bit of soiling, although I did not see any. Ready to hang or use however you choose.
