The Gatherings Antique Vintage is presenting a wonderful 19th Century wooden hand mirror. Natural wood, in a great patina, the mirror has a shaped handle with a hole for hanging. Wooden outline edges are softly curved and smooth to touch.
Narrow wood trim is bent to hold the round beveled mirror into place. This late Victorian mirror is 9" long x 4-1/2" wide, at the widest point.
A beautiful piece to add to a vanity or dresser. Perhaps a decorative touch to a primitive decor.
For the age, the mirror is quite nice. A few light scratches to the surface of the mirror
A tie of brown calico fabric, looped through the hole in the handle, was found with the mirror.
