This cozy pair of vintage blue felted wool slippers with chenille trim would have kept small feet warm on a cold winter night. Dating from the later 1920's to 1940's. Cute for display or your imagination.
The boot style pair have an open vamp with an eyelet hole at the top (under the chenille) to lace a ribbon or string tie.
Size: 4-1/2" long, from toe to heel. 2" wide.
Condition: The usual tiny pricks to the wool by moths, of which not many. One slipper does have mending at the seam on back of the heel. This same slipper does have a short area on the seam to be mended and a small hole on the sole.
