If you fall in love with collectible children's toys, this sweet stuffed bunny rabbit might fit right in with your heart's desire. The stuffed rabbit is a tinted stencil pattern project made by a company long ago. She is definitely old, probably about 1920's, possibly a little earlier or later.
A cut, sew and embroidered at home, this little miss has come alive to have delighted a child then, as well as the child still within us.
The little gal stands 9-1/2" tall, to the tip of those long ears. She is 4" wide at the base.
Her dress is done in outline black embroidery thread as well as her face. Her mop bonnet is a batiste cotton trimmed in a lace edge ruffle. A white silk ribbon bow accents the bonnet. Probably stuffed with a cotton batting.
Some soiling as to be expected, but again, sometimes it adds to the charming patina.
