A very nice lithograph tin candy container in the shape of a football.  What small boy wouldn't have liked this tucked in his Easter basket.  Dating about the 1930's. Marked Germany. A fun container to display with other vintage toys or a candy container collection.

The 2-1/4" long football, for the age, is in very nice condition.  I would consider the tin almost mint...not quite but very nice.  At one time I had it opened, with the inside good, however, the two pieces fit so tight I could not open again without the fear of damaging.
