A true Americana 19th Century bed sheet from the state of New Hampshire.  The natural linen, hand woven homespun bed sheet is an authentic American primitive suitable for your decorating inspiration. 

Has a center seam with each width of fabric 39-1/2" wide. 

Edges at the top and bottom of sheet are turned and beautifully hand stitched as is the center seam.  The last photo shows both the back and front of the center seam. 

A marvelous textile 87-1/2" long x 79" wide in a nice weight and weave. Not heavy but not thin either.   It dates about 1850's   It was purchased from a dealer friend about 35 years ago who lived in New Hampshire and is the last one left from the stack. 

Condition:  A creamy color with one small hole about the size of an pencil eraser.  Some oxidation, especially along the fold lines.
