A nice early antique tin star shaped cookie cutter.  A flat back cutter, square in shape, with downward flange sides and cut corners.  Fold over strap handle.  Star is attached to the back with solder at various points.  The strength of the tin is heavier which leads me to believe it is a cutter from the mid to later Victorian era. 

Size is 3-1/8" square back. 

Condition is good.  As typical, a tiny bit of surface rust but minimal.
