Roses! A beautiful late Victorian cotton handkerchief, in a cotton fabric, embellished with pink roses in the four corners.  The graphic roses are printed on a white background, with a border edge in the same pink color as the roses. 

Often times, cotton handkerchiefs of this size were made into decorative pillows for the Victorian bedroom.  One, two, or four of the same handkerchief were stitched together, embellished with lace and ribbon.  If you should find one of these pillows, they are SO attractive.

A generous size of 17" square.  Very clean with little or no usage.
