I thought this was really a fantastic piece of fabric from the turn of the century, 1900's 1920's. in Irish linen.  Still with the original paper label, in unused condition. I am always amazed at the wonderful antique and vintage items that still can be found today, from long ago, which have the original boxes or labels.  Still in pristine condition. such as this piece of linen yardage.


A wonderful find from an old dressmaker shop, this incredible yardage is still tied with the original cord and still bears the original label ~ and what a beautiful label!  Love it!   Wouldn't you love to sew with this 16 yard of Irish linen.  It is a  dress weight  that would be so stylish today as it was fashionable then.
