Home sewn from the early 1900's, a boy's white cotton twill fabric knickers pants.  Button hole waist band, with hand made button holes, which would have fastened to under clothing or shirt.  Slash opening pockets on either side of the side seams. 

Very decent condition.  Some soiling but minor.

Size measurements:  20-3/4" long from the waist to hem.  20" around the waist.  Would probably fit a boy ages 8 to 10 years.
