Vintage 1920's children's story and three sing a long 78 rpm small records for little tots.  The Harper Columbia book that sings Tenth Little Mischief Bubble Book.  Story by Ralph Mayhew and Burges Johnson.  Picture by Rhoda Chase.  Records by Columbia Graphophone Co.   Harper & Brothers Publishers. 

A delightful illustrated children's stories accompanied with three records for the child to sing along.  What child wouldn't want this played again and again. 

Surprisingly, the book complete with the three records is actually in nice condition.  Certainly not perfect, as there is soiling to the covers, but inside 16 pages are very nice. 

Even the pockets for the records are nice.  Only one has about 1/2 tear at the edge of the pocket. 

I am no judge on the grading of the records, themselves, but all look good to me.  No obvious scratches etc.
