Vintage 1950's handkerchief with three mythical goddesses, printed in lavender plum color.  Fabric is a white batiste.  A more unusual subject matter, even though with some flaws, it is quite lovely. 

The three maidens, with flower garlands surrounding them, express a serene beauty.   The deep scallop border of the handkerchief also conveys a quiet nature.   

Overall size of the hanky is 12" x 12".  Condition as noted from the photos, two small holes in the fabric.  Another dot of oxidation  near one of the corners.  This lovely piece is just as found and has been stored away for a very long time.
