Fun vintage sewing! An original 1923 Butterick #443 pattern for a 18" Patsy doll. The pattern includes the coat, hat, dress, hat, jumper, slip, pajamas and apron.

No pattern pieces for the combinations. 

Tissue pattern for all the other clothing accounted for except the bodice of the dress, although the front of bodice is included but torn with a mend.  Both the front and back of bodice pieces were replicated on other paper. 

Deltor sheet is also included. 

Pattern has been used but still good.  Envelope does have damage.
