An authentic Shirley Temple Ready To Wear Hair Bow on the original card.  The bow is made of pink rayon moire ribbon with elastic back to fit over the back of head.  Centered on the bow is a cameo likeness of Shirley Temple.  It appears to be an early type plastic in a light blue background, with the head in a white or ivory color.  This is a genuine authorized bow.  At the right hand upper corner of the card, a photo image of Shirley.  "Best Wishes Shirley Temple"  appears in the other corner of the card. 

The hair ribbon is unused.  Some slight soiling to the ribbon from the years of storage.  The card, the ribbon is attached to, does have some creases, especially on the image.  A couple small bends to the corner of the card.  Nothing more than you would expect for the age.
