Two very sweet children's small frozen Charlotte penny dolls. Date about 1920's. Marked Japan on the back of their clothes, the little Asian boy and girl are colorfully costumed. 

She carries a mandolin.  Flowers in her hair.  He, too, is colorfully dressed with his hair styled in a pigtail. 

The  2-3/4" dolls are in very nice condition.  The paint of the dolls, I would describe as being near minty as possible.  Appear to have little handling over the years.
