The Simplicity pattern #2218, except for a front bodice, has never been cut.  Most of it is still in the orginal factory condition surrounded with tissue. It is complete with the instruction sheet.  Another plus is the condition of the the envelop as it shows little damage. 

The pattern is a size 1.  20" chest, 19-1/2" waist and hip 21.
