A beautiful set of hand made lace cuffs from the later Victorian or early 1900's era. The cuffs are hand made, needlelace on tulle. Possibly point lace or Brussels. Color is off white.
The flower motif is made on a fine tulle net and then backed on another piece of tulle. Small loop picot edging completely around the outer edge. Made on a diagonal, the cuffs fasten with hook and eyes. I believe the thread is cotton.
Size of the cuffs: 8-1/4" length across the top edge, from side to side. Tapering to 6-1/2" long across the bottom edge, from side to side. Width, center front, is 3-1/4".
Condition is quite nice although you may find some small flaws.
