A H. Milward & Sons Victoria brass needle case with sliding buckle. Registered date April 12, 1872 The brass is beautifully engraved in a small design so well suited for the size. The buckle slide opens to a shallow compartment with two foldout areas to store four packets of needles. Only two packets remain with the case, neither original.
This is a nice harder to find case in good but not perfect condition. As you will note a few darker spots to the brass, which may clean. Case opens and closes very nicely.
Size closed, the case is 3-1/4" long x 1-3/4" wide x 1/4" thick.
A great collectible sewing item.
