A very interesting Christmas tree ornament from the 1950's in the shape of a watermelon.  Made of a foam type material, the piece is molded, scored and sliced to resemble a cut watermelon.  The size of the piece is 2" long x 1" wide with the extention of the cut slice of melon measuring 1/2" wider.   

A wire is inserted from the bottom through the top to form a hook for hanging.  As the foam is a more or less a soft material, you will find a few indent marks over the body of the melon.  Still, I would consider the condition decent for the type of material it is.
