Dating from the Late Edwardian - 1930's, a lovely dress applique embellishment trim.  The floral piece is filled with chenille embroidery thread in a golden and pink colors.  Leaves are done in cream and green silk, or possibly rayon floss, outlined in gold metallic thread. 

Although no labels or tags, it is a possibility French in origin.  The motif measures 4" x 5-1/2".  Nice condition.
