A period flapper age 1920's rhinestone bandeau / headband piece. (More than likely French.) The head piece is created of rhinestones set on silver base (possibly brass underneath). A series of ovals in graduated sizes, each connected to the next, with the largest of the ovals in the center. The largest of the oval measures 2" wide, with the smallest, on either end, 1-1/4" wide. Length of the piece is 5-1/2" long. The piece is being offered "as is" because of damage. There are 5 of the rhinestones missing. Also there are some bends and breaks in the metal. Some of the ovals have partial breaks from the next. I am no expert, so I don't know if it could be fixed, or better, to use as it is, or take apart for other crafts, embellishments
