From the vintage years of the 1930's or 1940's, a hand made crochet lace tablecloth.  The ecru colored cloth measures 54" x 64", which is made in a pleasing all over pattern.  It has a scallop edging 

Nice condition with no holes, however, it hasn't been laundered so definitely should be to freshen.  Possibly it has never been used, or at least much, and I doubt ever laundered. 

Antique and vintage treasures can inspire imagination, leading the way to use old time treasures in ways you never realized existed.   Perhaps this lovely cloth can be just that.
