For high heel figure dolls, a McCall pattern 2162 featuring wedding clothing wardrobe for Revlon, Cindy, Missy and Sweet Sue dolls.  Dated 1957, the pattern is complete and appears to be uncut. Have fun sewing! 

I have gingerly looked at each of the three pattern sections, without opening completely, and all appear factory folded and uncut. 

The pattern is for a 15" doll.  Envelope is decent but not perfect.
