Also very cute, are the negligee and boudoir jackets, complete with bed caps. Another chapter included is preparing for the baby.  Several style of long dresses, slips and little shirts including the types of fabric that could be used.  The layette includes comforters, carriage robe, pads and cushions.  Not to forget, baby bonnets and bib.   As the child grows older, a number of short dress styles are featured.
