An antique Victorian cabinet card photograph of a child.  A curly head tot is featured wearing a very fancy white dress of Swiss embroidery whitework.  The dress has puff sleeves with ruffles extending over the shoulders.  Kneeling on a chair turned backwards.  The cabinet card measures 4-1/4" x 6-1/2"   The photography by J. Howard Baker, 51 West Van Buren St. (no city).  No other marking on the photograph.  A slight crease as the bottom edge corner, that shows more on the back side than front.  A tad of expected normal wear to the edges of the photograph.
