A gorgeous celluloid belt buckle from the later Edwardian - 1920's era.  Dome shape button style face is completely of celluloid, with the backing a metal.  Tabs on the backing for sewing to fabric belt.  Also, a metal hook which may have attached to a cloth belt with a thread loop. 

A unique piece to craft into something of your own imagination, too.

Size is 2-1/4" in diameter. 

Very nice condition.  Although slight surface scratches , hardly visible.
