A stunning antique linen handkerchief with exquisite Tenerife and drawnwork hand lace inset. The linen is quite fine, with a sheerness to the fabric. Exceptional antique piece for a wedding, bridal shower or for gift giving.

Equally fine Tenerife motifs, in various designs form the lace inset.  Bordering, on either side of the Tenerife are two narrow rows of drawn work /pulled thread. Hand rolled edge is hand stitched.

The lace inset is 1-1/2" in width. Overall size of the handkerchief is 11" x 11-1/4". 

Condition is very nice.  Appears never to have been used.
