A charming baby or doll cap hat from the 1920's.  Made of tulle net with an inset of lace at the center of the hat (back to front).  A ruffle of tulle trims the entire edge of hat.  The summer hat is accented with a hand tied pink silk ribbon bow.   So sweet for a baby or larger doll to wear.  

An elastic band, which has lost its stretch. would have adjusted the fit around the head.   

Size:  Circumference:  17-3/4" around.  Height is about 3-1/2" tall.  Ruffle edge is 1-1/4"wide.

Condition:  Very nice with just a tiny bit of shredding to the silk ribbon.
