Fabulous piece of unused French black beadwork incorporated with black thead embroidery on tulle.  Dating from the late Victorian - Titanic era, the pretty design would be suitable for costuming or another project of your choice.   

The yardage is still tagged with the Wm J.P. Griffin, New York Paris label.   This embellishment trim measures 3 yards 29" long x 4-1/4" wide. 

Condition:  although unused, I did find at the edge a short strand of beads that has become separated from the netting.  I found two areas this has occurred.   A lovely piece, I am sure will spark your creativity.
