Another nice Luhrs vintage die cut cardboard Halloween decoration.  Dating from the 1950's, Mr. Pumpkin Head is wearing a bow tie, bowler hat and smoking a corn cob pipe.  Copr H. E. Luhrs, Made In U.S.A.

Size is 7" wide x 9" tall.  Condition is very nice.  Almost minty but not quite.
