This sweet Victorian pincushion, lavished in lace, silk and bows, suggest it was used on milady's vanity. Suitable with a collection of sewing tools or a collection of stick pins.  It is a small size which may have once held stick pins along with sewing pins. 

Measuring 2-1/2" wide x 6" in length, the cushion is covered in blue silk underneath the top layer of lace.  The bottom of the cushion is covered in tulle. Blue silk ribbon bows accent two corners.  On the other end there is one bowl.  The filling of the cushion seems to be cotton.  Except for a few oxidation spots on the lace, the cushion is nice.
