From a Christmas past, a delightful molded cardboard Santa boot candy container. The boot is covered in varies sizes of round styrofoam balls, sprayed white, dappled with a glitter of gold, to represent snow. A white braided trim edges the top opening of shoe A small Santa made of chenille, crepe paper and spun cotton sits poised to the front of boot. A holly berry with leaves adds the finishing touch. A mesh bag to hold the candy once was attached to the top opening. Just a remnant of the bag remains. Bottom of the shoe is marked Japan.
Size: 4" tall x 4-1/2" long from toe to heel x 2-1/4" wide.
Condition: Although good, it does have a few flaws. Mesh bag is a remnant. The spun face of Santa is missing a painted eye. A dot would fix. The red of the holly berry is flaked.
